My fridge build is done minus the heat source. I have all components except for the heating element.  My local supply place has stove burners that run on 110 (my preference since I don't want to mess with 220) I plan on using 2 in a series circuit.  My question is how do I mount them into my fridge.  I was thinking of cutting two holes in the bottom but that is still not a mounting surface. I: am new to building metal anything so any input would be greatly appreciated.

I tired a hotplate but that only worked a few times.

These pictures are just to give some idea of the size of my work area.

Thank you for all your brilliant ideas.

P.S. I am hoping to be done with this completely by the end of the week so I can have a few friends over for some BBQ.
