Anyone ever try this recipe? I have been thinking about trying it. It's from Ryteks. Sounds darn good. Hi-Temp cheese, store bought shredded, cheddar, mexican?

20 pounds pork shoulder
5 pounds cheese, shredded
1 1/4 Cup Jalapeno Powder
4 Cups Onion Powder
1 1/4 Cup Cilantro
2 1/2 Cups Paprika
1/2 Cup Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Garlic Powder
3 3/4 Cups Ice Water

Grind twice through 1/4 plate. Sprinkle all ingredients into the ice water, pour over meat and mix well. Add cheese and cilantro and distribute evenly.

I haven't tried that one, but all of Rytek's that I have tried have been great.

What's your favorite out of there? There are so many I want to try

My favorite Rytek recipes are: german bologna, mettwurst, pepperoni, and cotto salami. I haven't made one of his that I didn't like...if I follow the recipe and don't try and get too creative.
