Freezing ?

Does anyone have a comment on freezing smoked meat? Or is that too dumb a question to ask?

i freeze extra or left over meat all the time.

No, it's a good question.

Simple answer, get a vacuum packer/food saver. They freeze great, last a long time and easy to reheat. Personally, I couldn't live without one. I always smoke more than I know we'll eat and then just freeze it for later when time is an issue.
