Another newbie checkin' in.

I've been smoking fish and meats for a while but just got a new smoker - a Weber WSM, so far unmoded. I've only done some ribs and chicken on it, building up for a butt.

Wife and I moved to the mountains of NC about 4 years ago, after retiring from Michigan. Got out just before things slowed down. Just flat love it here and there is some of the best smoked pork in this state that you'll ever find!

Anyway, looking forward to learning and making some smokin' friends!
