Sorry…I misunderstood ya, mine is a replica and that is what I cook on when I camp at a primitive rendezvous (French Indian War period), even made jerky and smoked fish on it!

Very cool Carl, I too have never seen one. At of curiosity, about how much does it weigh, I am quessing it's pretty heavy.

Probably about 15-20 lbs

But you can use it in your tent when it’s raining (leave the flap open of course!) placed on a piece of flat rock.
