Smoked a 6lb pork butt. Drank a lot of brew in the process, so forgot to take a picture. Turned out excellent. Followed the directions I found on the sight. Bone fell right out. We ate pulled pork for the next 3 days. The rub recipe found on the sight is a great all around rub. I added a few of my own ingredients. Seems to work well on a variety of meats. I have a masterbuilt digital electric. So far very happy with the unit.
One question: what is the best way to pull pork after it's done.
Tri tip next!!!

Sounds Great, Grizz !!!

I just use 2 forks, but I don't make that many of them.

If you go nuts making pulled Pork & Pulled Beef, you might want to look at one of the many types of "Bear Claws" out there.
