Well, got a 5lb corned beef flat, rubbed up with pepper and such, smoking at 225" until it hits 160"
 
Looks like a fine start
 
I went heavy with chili powder...it has bite

5 hours later, the perfect sandwich....There's kraut in there too, even though no pics.
 
I gotta tell you guys......That was awesome.....lunch is looking good this week

looks great. try throwin some corriander or juniper berries in there. it gives it that real pastrami taste.

Thanks for the comments all. For not really putting alot of effort into it, it turned out great. Just did it as kind of a spur of the (5 hour) moment kinda thing. LOL. Pastrami down. NEXT!!
