Greetings all from the Detroit area, Cooking & grilling has been my passion for last 8-10 yrs and last summer a good friend turned me on to SMF. Since then I have about a dozen smokes under my belt, with ever-improving results thanks to FAQs, Tips, Q-views and suggestions found here. So far I'm proudest of the pastrami and ribs. Getting by pretty well with the modified ECB, but hoping to convert an old refrigerator for greater capacity, efficiency and cold-smoking before summer's end.
