With everyone's help here on this forum I have finally freaking smoked great ribs !!!! I have made decent ones last year, but I finally nailed it. No complaints for once. Now that I finally nailed it, I'm going to try smoking a pork butt sometime soon. Thanks everyone !!!

    Looks Great  .... My only suggestion .. Get rid of the aluminum pan for a chip tray if it is aluminum and get a cast iron skillet from a yard sale or thrift store

sounds good...wy do you say cast iron over aluminum?? just curious as i dont know why and im new to this lol...thanks !
