I did my first batch of CSR s this morning[EARLY].. Converting my
smoker to a reverse flow unit evened out about alla the hot spots.

I stole a rub mixture recipe off another site [I think] it turned out rather good My wife, Dwarf, can't stand much hot stuff and this had just a small
amount of cayene [?] pepper in it. She loved it. She ain't but 4'8'' but
LOUD !!! If she didn't like it , believe me, I would have known it.

I just took this camera outta the box today so the pics ain't up to snuff but it worked.

Dwarf made us some of her homemade biscuits and I made SHORE I got my share. The little feller at the end is my leftover helper..

Thanx folks for letin' me steal alla the advice and info . It is a BIG help.
