Well, I did my first smoke on my new GrillWare from Lowes last night. Actually it was also my first on propane. Nothing big, just 6 nicely sized split chicken breasts. I rubed them with Creole seasoning and into the smoker. It worked like a charm! It easly maintained 215*. I basted with a sprayer about every 20-25 minutes(just something I wanted to do) and in the last 15 minutes put sauce on them. They came out very moist and tender!
So, the smoker worked great was very tight around the door so only a very small amount of smoke escaped there, and I will be using it alot for my shorter smokes like chicken.

Glad the first smoke on your new toy was a success...
