I'm going to do my first ribs tomorrow. How long ya do them for??
Use the 3-2-1 method. Most of us use it and it's almost fail proof. Spray with apple juice. Kep your temps under control and you'll do fine!
What type ribs are you doing, depending on size you might need to adjust the 3-2-1, I watch the pull back to determine the end of the 1st stage an go from there
Especially if they are baby backs. More like 2- 1 1/2 - 1/2
