First meatloaf smoke!!

Hello,


I did my first meatloaf this weekend. One word, FANTASTIC!!!!
I am starting to get the hang of my GOSM I smoked the 3lb. loaf at 215-225 for six hours till the internal temp. reached 165.

I did not use any sauce this time but I may try one next time.

I wanted to post some pictures but the batteries were dead in the digital and I couldn't find any around the house. Hopefully next time.

Way to go DM. Now that you have tried it smoked, you may not what to do it anyother way.

thats wright dutch, from now on I will only eat smoked meatloaf.

And more importantly my wife agrees!!

I also smoked my first meatloaf last night. And I agree. Best mealoaf I ever had. Also did 4 fatties for the mens breakfast at Church this morning, a pork loin and kabobs that didn't turn out so well.
