Hello, I did my first meatloaf this weekend. One word, FANTASTIC!!!! I am starting to get the hang of my GOSM I smoked the 3lb. loaf at 215-225 for six hours till the internal temp. reached 165. I did not use any sauce this time but I may try one next time. I wanted to post some pictures but the batteries were dead in the digital and I couldn't find any around the house. Hopefully next time.
