I will post up the finished product in a couple hours.

Supper turned out great. I started out at 275 degrees so I could get the bacon on the outside done. It was up to 125 IT in an hour and 15 minutes. I pulled it out and glazed it with ham brown sugar glaze and smoked for another 45 minutes to get the IT to 145. IT was super juicy and the flavor was awesome. I think I will use a little stronger chip next time, maybe a hickoy or mesquite. The potatoes were awesome and the green beans with the bacon were the best I have had in a long time. The apples turned out good but really not what I expected. Good though. Please don't think that I am just tooting my own horn because that's not my intention at all. I am just very happy with the results of mt first cook and best of all the wife loved it.
