After my wife saw some pics she told me she wanted one. Stuffed with cheese, potato, mushroom and spinach. The bacon was WAY too salty. Got it at butcher and hadn't tried it before. Will try different type next time. After removing the bacon it was great.

Love the pic of the bacon wrap....doin a meat loaf tomorrow...2 fatties and 2 butts....hope the stuff looks as good as yours.....it's the pics of stuff like this that pushes us to further heights......or whatever I just said!!! That cheese oozing out is making me drool....nice job..!!!
