hey all,

I'm Brian from Columbus Ohio. pretty new to smoking. untill now i have just used an upright basic smoker but my "feast of a thousand beasts" fourth of July party has me needing to step up my game, between the smoker and three grills i still couldnt make enough meat to satisfy the masses so my real smoker is in the works. just joining to learn about the big boys and tips on building my own.
