if injecting a brisket do you inject to the center or the outside .25-.50 in i was told to keep it simple so i havent decided on the injection and advice?
IF you inject, dont make too many holes. Stick your needle in, squirt, pull out half way then push in at an angle, squirt, and then at a differnt angle till surenge is empty, and repeat. Go about half way thru meat, you can go from the side also. I prefer a Jaccardi thing for briskets.
