well i just put the 11.5 lb brisket on the smoker.. here is the start of the alot of pics to come...

I have never tasted a brisket before that time. We are heading up to the Panhandle to take a look at the pups we will be getting and with try out Hog Wild Bar-b-que to see how mine compares. Good luck with yours.
You sure are rubbed and ready for the smoker. Good start now just keep the Qview a flowing with the thin blue.
