I'm a newbie here too. Breakfast/Country sausage with cheese, and other goodies you want rolled up in the middle and then smoked low and slow for a few hours. At least thats what I can tell so far. Hold your mouse cursor over fatty and you get a brief description.
They look sooooooo good, I can't wait until this weekend when I try my first one!
A fatty is a roll of sausage like Jimmy Dean, Bob Evans or what ever brand you have where you live put in the smoker . Look up fatties there is so much you can do with them
Hehe I think your probably right. Ok I'll do 2 this weekend and then I'll just have to do more next weekend! I wonder how it would taste with italian sausage?
Everytime I go shopping and hit theJD sausage section I load up and grab maybe 10 or 12 JD Hot Sausages! I've had people ask me several times if there was a storm comming!
Around here and maybe elsewhere we stockup the pantry for winer storms and huricanes. I wouldn't think sausage would be good to save but unless you have a generator (I don't), but apparently if you get more than a few things people panic and thing there's a storm comming.
Sounds great! Did 2 fatties this weekend, and boy were they a hit! I am going to do one up and use it in the old Jones family recipe for biscuits and sausage gravy!
Sounds good right now in fact
