I finally finished out the roll of film on the throw away camera and here are some pictures. Some of you may recognize the pit from the cook-off in Reno, NV. A friend of mine made it for some people, took it to Reno, they cooked on it, yet he is still the owner. I am sorry for him that he did not get paid, but I am happy to have the use of it. I did give him a brisket.

Awesome smoker, sorry to hear about your friend getting stuck with it , sure somebody will want it. Great looking brisket!!

Shell, they just did fit. There was not room for a hot dog wiener until after they had been cooking for a while.

Wow! I don't think I've seen that much beef in one place ever... unless it still had a pulse anyway. The finished product looks real tasty and has a nice smoke ring!

BTW, that is one helluva smoker!

We now know what they will be serving at the family get together after your funeral in a few years.

You will still have a bunch of brisket in a few freezers.

The amount of briskets, the smoke ring on them, and the smoker itself!!!!!
I'd love to see more pics of the smoker and text as how it was made and put together!

Holly Cow, (no pun intented) that's alot of cow. And that smoker, awsome!! One day, yes One day... If I keep my nose to the gring stone and work real hard I'll be able to retire and have a set up like that. Or I could die and go to heaven and cook for the Angels LOL
