Hi everyone. It's been a few months since I've been on here. Haven't got to smoke much over the winter. Last year I decided it was time for an upgrade from my MES 30 to a pellet grill. I won't make this a long post so, long story short I did a bunch of research over a few months and finally my heart was decided on the Grilla "OG" from Grilla Grills. Ended up following a Grilla FB group and all the pics of this grill in action just got me sold, not to mention their awesome customer service from what I saw. The uniqueness of the design was super cool! The way the door opened was perfect for me being in a wheel chair. So I saved for over a year and pulled the trigger a couple weeks ago. It arrived and I did my first cook this last weekend. I had a nice prime brisket picked out for the first cook but my parents in law had other plans. They had a brisket (ungraded, small, and didn't look very good at all "hehe that rymed") that they insisted I cook for mothers day. So I caved and did theirs. Admittedly the first couple inches of the flat was kind of dry but the thick part and the point were great! I'm so excited to be part of the pellet world now!

Very nice smoke ring on that cook. You will have to keep us updated on your cooks. I haven't heard much about the Grilla products. Looking forward to learning more.
