I finally have time to smoke a brisket for me and the freezer. The brisket is almost to long for the 22' WSM and weighs 17lbs. Did not trim any fat, fat side down. Using lump and hickory. Brisket is on the left.

Man, that looks like the start of a great day! So after you put all that on the bottom rack of the WSM what are you putting on the top rack!

Ya mean a great night and day, too many beers to count after this smoke.
 
The longest smoke of one meat that I have done. It took 24 hours on the WSM and 2 hours resting. So worth it!!. I took extra pic's. Enjoy!!!
