Mine is ......

Scottsdale Santa Maria style cooker.

Cooks great food.

Fun to cook with live fire. Versatile with the adjustable grate, interchangable grates, lid, vents, fire box stand.

I can use it a as a traditional Santa Maria style grill, all the way to offset style smoker for ribs and such.

And its made in USA with all USA material. Merica baby.

A few pics I have of it.

All time favorite? Weber kettle. I can go visit someone and that grill will act very similar to mine. That being said, I use my Pit Boss most often. Just quicker to get up to temp with the family waiting on a weekday night. Before my son I was a bit more picky. After his birth, faster and easier is better. Just glad he's getting off enough to help out now that he's 5.

I may have a problem lol. I have a Weber Kettle, Weber mini kettle, Vision Kamado, Smokin Tex cabinet, 270 KC cabinet ,Lang 84D w/ char grill and a 36" Blackstone griddle. Love them all but it's a tie for favorite between the 270 and the Lang.

My 3 Webers. Each have a purpose. Easy to use. Set it and forget it. Easy peasy.

Looks more like "freezy peasy"! I miss that first morning of snow when everything is clean, pure, and beautiful.

4 hrs later I'm done with it all and ready to get back down South!

Probably a tossup between my Camp Chef pellet and my sous vide cookers. They get more use than anything else.

I'm 100% with Doug. I'm a set-it-and-forget-it type of guy. The Camp Chef gives me the touch of smoke I like and the sous vide makes things delicious with little effort.

But I am learning to love my grinder and stuffer, too. You need to set aside an afternoon for the job but it's worth the effort.

I love all my cookers the same. I don't show favoritism. Each one has their own special abilities. :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

From the Smokey Joe, to the 22 Kettle, and his big brother the 26 Kettle, to the 18 WSM I bought in 2002 that changed by barbecue life and that I will never part with, to the Assassin 17 gravity feed that I can set and forget and allows me cook in all kinds of weather, to my Franklin offset that can be a difficult problem child but produces some fantastic barbecue.

No way I can pick a fav.

Hands down the Weber Jumbo Joe. Own 2 of them, 1 in FL and the other back in MN.
Only my wife and I most of the time and that is a good size for us.
I smoke in them too. I just smoke a couple pounds of pork butt at a time by saving off the premium cut when making sausage.

Let's turn it around and if you had to give up 1 of your units which would it be?

For me hands down is the pos Masterbuilt pellet pooper. It will speed up my Westinghouse fridge build that has been on the back burner for a couple of years now. Once I get that finished there is no more need for a pellet grill.

I would have to put the 26 Kettle up for adoption. There's really nothing it can do that can't be done by any of the others. As it is now, I'm keeping my vortex in the 26 and making it my dedicated wing cooker, cause of its capacity. The 22 Kettle could do that, just fewer wings.

I would probably agree with that. I'm a dire hard kettle guy but there isn't much the 26 can do that the 22 can't. Like you said. Just less capacity. I love that 26 though lol.

Give up??? Easy. MES40 that keeps shutting off. I know it's an easy fix they say. They day a lot. They don't have va 5 year old and work 6 days a week for about 70 or so hours. Please someone take it from me. I need the garage space.

It depends on what I want to make and if it is indoors our outdoors.

The newest is the Sunterra Colossus offset smoker. It is very heavy duty but uses a lot of wood to smoke. It's like a hot rod that needs a lot of gas but blows others away.

Next would be the built in Sunterra Santa Maria\Argentinean grill. This is the most used and changed my game on cooking outdoors.

There are more in and out of the house but these are the top two by a large margin.

If you could add some pics of the inside and it opened up. Again, nice set up, love the looks of it.
