What are your favor tools of the trade? For example…Favorite grill gloves, trays/tubs, cutting boards, knives, etc.? Not necessarily thermometers, grills, but all the other “tools” that you couldn’t do without for your grilling, smoking.

Zwilling Twin Master knives are mine. At under $100, they are professsional-quality knives at home friendly prices.

I've got an 8" scimitar butcher knife

and a 6" flexible boning knife

I sharpen both on an 8" Japanese water stone (1000/2000).

In brief:

A commercial knife series which meets all requirements of strict hygiene, safety and quality regulations demanded in a professional kitchen and made by Zwilling.

Was just thinking about the long tongs as I was reaching for my ribs with standard tongs!

My favorite gloves for moving hot grill grates, grill pans with racks, hot foil wrapped, or foil panned stuff' or anything hot in general are my MIG welding gloves.

Also timely as I burned my hand on a grate while installing my ceramic deflector on my KJ without my leather glove! 😩
