I had to try a scotch fatty after seeing Zilla's post. Thanks Zilla. This is my favorite fatty so far. Eggs, real bacon bits and cheese, good stuff.

Wow, that looks a lot like a Scotch Egg... I had already lent thought about how to get one of those in a smoker... may just do what you did... it looks yummy!
