Fattie, Salmon, ABTs with Qview

  1. So today was fun.
    I smoked a pizza fattie- hamburger, pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese
    Salmon- sprinked with a lemon pepper (that turned out great would def. do it again)

    Thanks for the Q View my friend. I couldn't tell by the pics, what type of wood, and how long was your smoke?
  3. Sorry about the lack of info....
    I used hickory and Royal Oak Lump
    The Salmon took about 45 min to an hour
    The ABTs were on an hour and a half
    the Fatties were on for 3 hours.
    all at 250.

    Pretty quick really.

  5. So out of this smoke - the abts and the salmon were my favs. I would def. do them again.

    I think my fatty needs work. It was....ummmm....dry. Any tips from the fatty makers out there?

    If you used ground beef instead of sausage then I would use sausage next time. Or a ground beef with more fat. Or do the bacon weave.
