Happy Father’s Day, sure most of you like me when asked what you wanted to do for FD said what I did - cook. Made breakfast for family on the BS. Loving omelettes on it - I prefer a thin omelette loaded with filling opposed to a fluffy, and a BS makes that real easy.

Looks great . Love breakfast from the Blackstone .

If you use fresh taters for the hash browns gives this a try .
Nuke 'em for about 3 minutes first . Cool enough to peel , then grate 'em .
Gets rid of the gummy texture if you're having that problem .

Was a game changer for me . I also drop some dehydrated onions flakes in with the taters when I grate them . If you like that flavor . Let them soak up some liquid so they don't burn .

Have a breakfast for supper planned this week . I'll be trying your omelette method .

Your breakfast looks great! Gotta love them hash browns!
