Any of you who have the soon to be defunct Farmer Jack grocery chain in your area need to be aware of what I spied today.
They were selling off all of their packaged spice blends for sausage and meats. Prices were about half of what you would pay online. Average was $2.50 per bag with $1.00 manager Special tags. All were being sold out of the meat section in what was left of their cases.
Time is dwindling fast before they close out or sell off to Kroeger here in the Metro detroit area, so if you are in the habit of making a sausage, you might want to get there quickly to take advantage.
P.S. They also had 5 Gallon buckets of doughnut glaze for sale from the bakery.
