Eye of Round

Hi All,

Could someone give me an idea if Eye of Round is a good cut of Beef. The local market has a buy one get one free sale. I have no idea what it is, and I do not want to buy it if it is not good. Thanks.

If it was buy one get one free, I would make several trips. While it is a lean cut it is tender and you can do several different things with that cut and it does not all have to be BBQ. Stock up!!

makes a great roast and even better steak......I will either smoke or slow cook a roast like that in my MES and slice thin for roast beef sandies!!!!!! if it's a good deal, buy buy buy and buy some more!
