Read through all the ELK ROAST threads but didnt see anything that really made my mouth water.
I would like to smoke one roast with a RUB and one with a Marinade over night.
Rub seems to have plenty of support idea's in the thread but the Marinade seems to be lacking.
Any thoughts or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
BTW.....need spell check on this forum. LOL
