Rich, when it came time to add the heat Allie opted to stick with the tried and proven way that she has been useing for so many years.She said not that Smittys would have ruined it but she spent all day on it and wanted it to taste like New Awlins.She said some of the best she has made thusfar.maybe next time.

no joe I smoked all day sat. this was all made sunday.The cajun way is tater salad with gumbo.It cools down the spice of the gumbo.
