It didn't turn out too bad! The thinner end was a little tough at the tip, but a few inches back it was tender. I couldn't ask for a better first brisket, I was assuming the worst going in, especially after hearing from everyone and their dog that briskets are so hard to make good. Total time in the smoker was 9hrs and it sat in the cooler for about an hour. No spritzing or anything fancy either! LOL
