Dino Bones finally

    Found some beef ribs after checking 3 stores.

  3. Looking good. I love beef ribs. Can someone fill me in as to why the butchers feel the need to trim so much meat off of them?

    DANG!!! Not alot of meat, but, the flavor will definately make for the lack of volume...it's a quality versus quantity thing...LOL!!!

    Looks really good, Dawn...keep it coming...I'm playing quantum leap here today, myself...still prepping food while smoking other stuff...getting a bit topped out on Q-brew, too!!! Hah-hah-heh-heh...it's ALL GOOD!!!

    those bones are lookin' good... gotta wonder also why the butchers take that chuck of meat from between the bones [​IMG] maybe to make hamburger or stew meat???
