Hey everyone, My name is Steve and I'm from South Jersey. I'm a long time BBQ eater and amateur critic but I have just started learning how to make it myself. I've attempted a few racks of ribs and they came out ok. I will be attempting my first shoulder this weekend. I have a Char-Griller w/ a side fire box.
