I like trying new things in my smoker. Here is recipe for a truly decadent dessert: Dark chocolate bread pudding with salted caramel. It is as good as it sounds. HINT: Follow the directions. The first time I made this dessert the bread cubes were too big and I didn't let them soak in chocolate long enough. The resulting bread pudding tasted great, but there were areas where the bread was still white inside. Cut them small and let them soak to avoid this.

The problem with that dessert is the salted caramel. My grandkids almost ate it all with spoons while I was cutting up the bread pudding. It was like the bread pudding was just something to go with the salted caramel.

That Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce sounds fantastic. I love how creative it is to make it in a smoker. The smoky flavor adds a unique twist to the chocolate. Bread pudding is already comforting, but it's next level with dark chocolate. I’ve been experimenting with desserts lately, and this is definitely on my must-try list. Also, have you ever tried using polkadot mushroom chocolate in desserts? It brings a fun flavor that pairs well with rich chocolate. I think it would complement the caramel sauce perfectly!

That sounds like an amazing dessert! I love trying new things in my smoker too, and this dark chocolate bread pudding with salted caramel sounds like the perfect indulgence. Thanks for the tip about cutting the bread cubes smaller and letting them soak properly
