Hi all, I have 14 pounds of pork shoulder on my monolith, and suddenly the CyberQ pit and food readings are about 100 degrees high. I checked the meat with another thermometer to verify. Has anyone had this happen before? I am wondering if the thunderstorms in my area are interfering with the reading? I’d appreciate any advice from more seasoned BBQers.
