after months of searching stores all around my area i just ordered a bag of Morton's Tenderquick online. Ended up costing me like $9 but i spent more in gas driving to various stores. anyway, my friend has an annual Hockey Day Party (next saturday feb 21) and i will be coming with canadian bacon this year (i came with montreal smoked meat last year). It's about 4lbs. did 4 tbsp of cure, 4 tbsp of sugar. we'll see how it goes.
