cured porkloin,somoked loin

    mod to the smsgo larger pan with hole in bottom. pan on topcut down on flare ups. cured with morton tenderquick.cut porkloin for country style ribs so cure will pent faster cured overnight plastic bag fridge over nite
    also cooked sasuage....first time post and pic couldn't have done it without pineywood and still tecno challenged i can hold still
