Cured with TQ for 4 hours then painted with sweet and sour and plum sauce.


The stuff.



Nice thick coat.



All done and delicous.
 
Sure looks good Ron. What affect does putting TQ on chicken have? Flavor? texture?

Also what was the mix ratio of S&S and plum sauce?

Flavor, a little hammy, juiciness, and more tender.
