Cured Chix Thighs W/Qview

    Cured with TQ for 4 hours then painted with sweet and sour and plum sauce.


    The stuff.



    Nice thick coat.



    All done and delicous.

    Sure looks good Ron. What affect does putting TQ on chicken have? Flavor? texture?

    Also what was the mix ratio of S&S and plum sauce?

    They do look very good, Ron...man, the simplest of things seem to get the best results.

    I thought it was very good, something different.


    Flavor, a little hammy, juiciness, and more tender.

    Great job ron yes the cure and the smoke its is all about the flavor....
