Start with a trimmed pork loin
Marinade in 1cup orangejuice
2tbs lemon juice
1tsp basil
for 12 hrs.
wrapp in lean bacon and season with lemon pepper (generously)
smoke for 4-6 hrs at 225 Depending on size of loin. 4hrs on mine 2.5 lbs.
remove thinly slice place in aluminum foil pan with chicken broth cover with foil and place back in smoker for 1hr.
remove spead on serving platter and spinkle w/ basil.
