Mixed up a batch a couple days ago . I like to split that in 2 , and get 2 smaller loaves with different profiles .
I actually mixed up 2 - 500 grams batches . One is still in the fridge .
These 2 went 2 days in the fridge . Got the dough out yesterday morning to warm up , and did some stretching / folding .
Here's the Cranberry resting while the cherry is baking .

Cherry out of the oven on the right .

The cherry almost has a cinnamon smell to it .

Sliced into the cranberry this morning . Taste great , and has
awesome chew .

Might freeze the cherry for another time . I have blueberries
and some sun dried tomatoes to do yet .
Roast whole chicken for tomorrow , so might do the Tomato basil for that .

LOOKS WONDERFUL RICH, BET YOUR KITCHEN SMELLED HEAVENLY! I'D BE SAVING THOSE BLUEBERRIES FOR A PIE. RAY

BET YOUR KITCHEN SMELLED HEAVENLY!
It sure did . I was up way later than normal too .
Love it! looks amazing! Getting so many new ideas for the sourdough!
It's really good . Next time I'll toast the nuts first .
Another one I liked was the asiago rosemary .
Looks amazing Rich! Nice flavor combos
I'm looking forward to the cherry , but the cranberry walnut is really good .
Ok now, I am not much on adding things to bread BUT I seriously doubt a loaf of that would last me more than 2 days.
It's a great combo . Jalapeno cheddar is awesome too . I did these last week . One jap and cheddar and one cheddar jack .

The Jalapeno cheddar is a winner . Everyone loves that combo .

the cherry one....
I tried a raspberry cream cheese a few months ago . Fail . Flavor was there , but to wet .
Need to follow Ricks lead and dry the berries , and maybe grate the cream cheese .

Thanks bud .

Me too . If not just keep at it . It's addicting .
Well, got home tonight and that one greened over..... back to the drawing board. At least I still have 5G left of Rick's starter. Going to wait a bit as my SIL I was visiting is not going to make it, so I hate to say another trip to Northern VA will be in my future at some point.

Looks fantastic Rich. I'm not much of a bread eater, but that cherry one sounds great.

Point for sure

The walnuts can be kind off bitter when eaten raw . After cooking they mellow out . Toasting them really adds flavor . I only add the nuts to stuff that stays here . Never know who's gonna be allergic to nuts .
Nice!! They look Awesome and Tasty!!
Thanks bud .
Looks great
Thanks !
SIL I was visiting is not going to make it,
I hate to hear that . Hang in there .
