Hello all,

I am thinking about taking my BBQ to the next level and vend at Fairs and Festivals. Anyone here that can provide some tidbits of wisdom ? I'm looking to start in the fall and I wanting to plan now for success.

Thanks,

Joe

Never done it , but I'm thinking it'd be a lot of work just with any licensing , health code regs , and trying to at least break even. It can be done and done well , but take a few and stop by the roll call and give the good folks here a good introduction of yourself , experiance , equipment , ect ect.
And welcome to a great forum with more great help, given freely, than you shake a stick of hickory at

I know a couple of people who do that kind of thing but not Q. Lot of variables to consider. New guys get the worst locations, sales volume is weather dependant, lots of up front cost and fees. Could be profitable or a good way to ruin a hobby. But I often think about doing it too.
