About an hour and a half in. I set the temp to 260 and it just stays there. Now I don't know if it is accurate . But I ordered the new RFX w/4 probes and and air probe , so I will know then......

Everything looks delicious Mike. You don’t need to worry about the CC temp., because the controller that RT uses is dead on accurate.

Looks good Mike. Are you happy with your purchase?

Thanks Brian. Yes, I am happy with it so far after 1 cook. Things I do not like -- the small cheap wheels, so I just ordered some better ones to hopefully install tomorrow . Also I never want to clean that drip pan again, so I have the Teflon matts being delivered any minute now. My next test for it is a brisket, 3 racks pork ribs, 2 short rib plates and a chub of bologna. Hopefully doing that tomorrow night thru Saturday morning.
