Looking for any advice on converting a True 23CF reach in fridge into a hot smoker.  200 degree max.  Stainless exterior and painted white aluminum interior. Any ideas if the paint and insulation can handle the temps????

Northsmoke, morning and welcome to the forum....  The interior, if it is metal, probably is a baked enamel or powdercoated finish, which should handle the heat.....  Not sure if the seals are capable of those temps.....  Depending on the insulation, probably foam, that foam may not be heat stable.....

Please take a moment and stop into " /Roll Call/   " and introduce yourself and get a proper welcome from our members.... Also, if you would note your location in your profile, it will help in the future when answering questions about smokin'...   elevation, humidity etc....

We're glad you stopped in and joined our group...    Enjoy the long smokey ride....     Dave
