Some one had asked me to post more pics of my cold smoker. It was put together from my old garage door.
Hope this helps.
Andy.

There are 4 1/2 inch hole drilled on the bottom and 12 on 2 sides 1 inch up from the bottom. If I find there is not enough air, I slide open the front door and leave it open an inch or 2.

After an hr or so, I had it around 88 deg on the three smokes i did this winter.

The garage door was 16ft long made up of 4 panels. 3 panels were 22" and the 4th was 20". Cut all 4 panels to 8 ft long. Thus giving me 6-22" and 2-20" pieces. Bolted 2 22" pieces together (back wall) and hinging 2 22" pieces together (front with door). Bolted 1 22" and 1 20" for one side and diddo for the other side. Bolted the 4 sides together. Cut the door piece 12" down from the top and bolted the top portion to the side. The roof has 3 2X4 studs screwed into a 2X4 boxed frame that is bolted to the sides of the smoke house. 4X4 sheet of steal for the roof screwed to the 2X4's. Built all this on a utility trailer in the garage on its side. Pulled it into location and stood it up. It's sitting on 4 cement patio stone anchored to them.

Now do you see it WD????? LOL

Hope this helps.
Andy.
