I used my A-Maze-N-Smoker and put a couple hours of smoke to it.



After the smoke.



Garlic and lemon pepper.




After a quick sear. I forgot to get a pic cut open. It was nice and pink and juicy.

That was a tasty steak, no doubt. The cold smoke/sear makes for dandy flavor. I got some bone-in rib steaks in tonight for a straight hot smoke...I just had to try it.
