I originally made this for red meats, game and others. trying it on a pork butt.
2 TBSP ground coffee
2 tsp flake salt
1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP thyme
2 TBSP onion flakes
2 TBSP garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika.

Looks strong. Also low on salt. Let us know how it turns out.

about to post the pork i made with it. sorry the pictures came out terrible and not working, wrong format, but it came out well.
It could use a little more heat in my opinion. maybe more pap or red pepper flakes.

so we recently bought a pour over for our morning coffee and bought some Starbucks Pike Place. Well, we don't really like it so I figured instead of wasting it I can use it to make a rub

I have never made a coffee rub before so two questions: what is your favorite rub recipe that involves ground coffee and what do you like to use it on? beef, pork, chicken? grilled or smoked? raised direct? any and all tips welcome

headed to grocery store soon and will pick something up for dinner
