Hello

Does anyone have any experience with doing any dips in a cast iron skillet?

I was looking for a good snack/appetizer dip to do in a CI skillet on the Traeger. I would have meat on as well, so likely running a temp of 225-250ish.
 
Haven't done it in that form but could be interesting:

1lb hamburger cooked
1lb spicy sausage cooked
2lb velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans rotel
1 jar salsa (heat to your choice 16 oz)
1 onion diced
1tsp garlic powder
Dash Worcestershire
Optional - 2 Jalapenos (we include)
 
Any hot dip can be done in a skillet on the smoker.
Buffalo chicken dip sounds like a good trial.
The one above looks good also!
