Sunday night was pizza night again. Our daughter and her husband the butcher and our two grandsons can over.
With the advice of forktender dry malt powder was added. I used 1/4 teaspoon and it was great. I made them our traditional way dough, cheese, toppings and baked for 12 minutes then and warmed sauce and cheese on top for another 8-10 minutes. So good!!

Tonight with the extra dough we made another pizza. This time it was made more traditional pizza type. Dough, cheese, less sauce, toppings then baked for 10 minutes the the cheese was applied and another 8-10 minutes.
